With the Google Merchant Connector you can report on the most important statistics of your Google Merchant account. To use the connector you can connect with your Google Account or just with your email. Both Logins will make an account in the Data Hub app. If you have any questions about the connector, go to our Support Center.

How to connect the
Google Merchant data?

Step 1.
When you’ve selected the connector in Looker Studio, you need to authorize the use of the Looker Studio Connector.

Step 2.
The next step is to authorize the Google Merchant Connector.

Step 3.
Login to your Google account and make the connection.

Step 4.
When you’ve made the connection with Looker Studio you will see all the possible fields of data with a description of what they mean.

Step 5.
When you click on ‘make report’ you will connect the data to the template.

Product offer id TEXT A unique identifier for the item.

Product description TEXT Description of the item.
Product link URL URL of an image of the item.

Product image IMAGE URL of an image of the item.
Product targetCountry TEXT The CLDR territory code for the item.
Product content language TEXT Required. The two-letter ISO 639-1 language code for the item.
Product channel TEXT The item's channel (online or local).
Product brand TEXT Brand of the item.
Product color TEXT Color of the item.
Product Google category ID TEXT Google's category of the item (see Google product taxonomy). When querying products, this field will contain the user provided value.

Product price CURRENCY_EUR Price of the item.
Product sale price CURRENCY_EUR Advertised sale price of the item.
Product product height TEXT The height of the product in the units provided. The value must be between 0 (exclusive) and 3000 (inclusive).
Product product length TEXT The length of the product in the units provided. The value must be between 0 (exclusive) and 3000 (inclusive).
Product product width TEXT The width of the product in the units provided. The value must be between 0 (exclusive) and 3000 (inclusive).
